28 years building platforms and communities, including POPS, Southeast Asia's leading digital media platforms, Community Organizer and Small Business Development Center Advisor in the Bay Area, and International Business Coordinator at the San Francisco Mayor's Office. A son of Vietnamese immigrants, Jim cared for his aging parents alongside his wife and co-founder Ann, who, as an MSN nurse, became their trusted source for nutrition and wellness guidance. From that experience, they saw firsthand the cultural and quality gaps that no mainstream platform was solving, and they founded Senioritis to build the platform for families like them needed.

Over three decades of experience across direct patient care at UCSF Cardiology and occupational health leadership at Good Samaritan Hospital, San Francisco Marriott Marquis, and Abbott Diabetes Care. Currently EHS Manager at Abbott Cardiovascular, where she oversees health and safety for 700 employees. At Senioritis, helps set caregiver qualification standards so families can feel confident in the care they deserve.
