Why We Built Senioritis
Senioritis was founded by Jim Nguyen and Ann Phuong Dinh, RN, after three decades of watching immigrant families navigate senior care systems that didn't speak their language, didn't understand their culture, and didn't trust them as caregivers themselves.
Jim brings 28 years of platform building across Southeast Asia and the Bay Area. Ann brings 32 years of nursing leadership, including direct patient care at UCSF Cardiology and occupational health leadership at major Bay Area employers, with a Master's of Science in Nursing from UCSF.
Together with co-founder Ankit Buti and a team of health, regulatory, and community leaders, we are building the platform we wished existed for our own families.
